Several other plans will also cover her services. It is best to verify your insurance coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. Her services will be covered by all auto insurance for personal injury claims.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a 24 hour notice to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.  The fee will be $100 if there are more than 2 missed appointments in a calendar year.
